What is the class size? Class size is between one and two students. This way we can provide individual attention for every student.

What about housing? If you pan to set up a multiple day class period we will be happy to recommend some great places to stay.

Where will we eat our meals? Plan on eating breakfast before you come. Lunches will be ordered out and brought to the studio from local restaurants or you can bring a bag lunch.  The evening meals are on your own. We do not have the facility to to do large meal preparations. Also my wife has said, "It may be your dream to teach turning but it is not my dream to cook all the time." She does make some great cookies and shares them too.

What does the schedule of the day look like? Class times are set by the students during the registration process. I am willing to start as early as 8:00 AM and stay as late as 9:00 PM. We will take meal breaks and stretch breaks as needed.

What about bringing my own tools? It is recommended that you bring your own tools. This way you will use the same tools when you get home. If you like a sharpening process that we use it will be set for you when you get home. If you don't have all the tools you need for the class or travel space does not allow you to bring your tools, I will have plenty tools for students to use.

What about material? I will provide all the materials you need for each project with a charge added to the cost of the class. The approximate fee for the class will be provided after the projects are selected.
